This project brought together an outline application for residential and employment development with a full application for works to the football club.

The masterplan established a mix of homes and densities appropriate to the site, demonstrating how the proposed development could be successfully delivered within its constraints. The design responds to the site’s steeply sloping topography through the use of split-level homes, creating an efficient and distinctive approach to development while working sensitively with the existing landscape and levels. @UDB
