Located between the new settlement of Flitch Green and the historic village of Little Dunmow, the masterplan establishes a new country park to maintain a clear distinction between the two settlements while providing a new leisure and recreation resource close to the National Cycle Route.

A Design Code was developed in close collaboration with Council Officers, establishing a clear framework for the detailed design and delivery of the development. The Code translates the principles of the outline masterplan into a set of key design requirements, providing a consistent framework for subsequent reserved matters applications. @ UDB
